Graduation Cookie Bouquet

For my youngest brother-in-law's graduation I decided to make him something special. A COOKIE BOUQUET!!! Who wouldn't love one of these beautiful creations??

These are made from the yummiest sugar cookie recipe

Then measured for height

The cookies are outlined and filled with lemon royal icing
(or whichever flavor you prefer)

And lastly they are placed back in their carrier, beautified with tissue paper, then wrapped to go for your enjoyment!

8-Bit Mario Cupcakes

This project was definitely time consuming but a lot of fun. Here are 141 mini-cupcakes in the shape of Mario. They are a mixture of chocolate and white cake, all covered with vanilla buttercream.

The biggest problem with a project like this is finding a box big enough! This can be done in any 'simple' sort of shape like Hello Kitty, most Sesame Street Characters, etc.

Cookies Galore

During the holidays I made this large assortment of cookies for my husband's co-workers and family. The plates and tins were filled with Italian Sugar cookies, Chocolate Covered Pretzels, Reese's Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip cookies, Plain Sugar cookies, Chocolate Chip Oatmeal cookies and last but not least Chocolate Crinkle cookies.

I think I ended up with around 20 DOZEN cookies by the end and there wasn't a single crumb left in sight!! Hope everyone enjoys the cookies and your holiday's!!
